From 1 September 2019 online payments require an extra identification code received via SMS or Push notification (3D secure service) on top of the card details ( cardholder name, card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV code).
From 14 September 2019 entering the NetBank or MobileBank platform and transaction confirmations require a codeword received via text message or Push notification to a designated mobile number provided by you.
From 14 September 2019 the earlier authorized List of Codewords is no longer available and codewords generated earlier shall expire.
From 1 September 2019 online purchases, from 14 September 2019 entering the NetBank/MobileBank platforms and transactions executed on these platforms - will not be accessible, unless you - as NetBank/ MobileBank user or Cardholder - provide an active mobile number in use by you, where the codewords can be sent.
Concerning the amendments mentioned above and in order to ensure that you fully enjoy banking services such as online debit card payments, NetBank, MobileBank transactions as much as before, you must provide a mobile number, or choose from numbers already registered in our database and confirm one that shall be used from then on. You can authenticate a mobile number in person in any of our branch offices.
