Business accounts

Account opening is free of charge. Besides holding an account, you can also apply for our TeleBank and NetBank services.  If you choose from our business accounts, we offer you our NetBank service free of charge.

1. MARS business account

We recommend this account package mainly to start-up entrepreneurs and companies with low account turnover. This package is made more favourable by its low monthly fee as it is only  HUF 499, and transfers cost only 0.14% + HUF 179 /transfer.

 

2. JUPITER business account

We recommend this account package to those customers who have high account turnover and therefore favourable transfer costs are particularly important to them. Transfers via the NetBank system cost 0.11% + HUF 159 /item.

3. CIVIL community business account

Our CIVIL community account has been developed specifically for public benefit organizations. When calculating costs and fees, we tried to take into account the cost sensitivity of these organizations. As a result, there is no monthly account keeping fee, only the fees and commissions of the transactions executed need to be paid. The costs and fees of transfers via the NetBank system have been substantially reduced and all transfers between MagNet accounts have become free. 

What documents will I need to open an account?

1. Businesses associations with or without legal personality: (Kft., Bt., Kkt, Rt.)

  • Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association
  • Signature specimen and sample signature of authorized representative
  • Certificate of Incorporation issued no earlier than 30 days, in the case of a company registered no earlier than 30 days, the court ruling on company registration


2. Sole proprietorship:

  • Sole trader’s licence, electronic certificate issued by the registering authority


3. Organizations: (foundation, association, church, club, political party)

  • Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association
  • Certified extract issued by court no earlier than 30 days, in the case of a company registered no earlier than 30 days, the court ruling on company registration
  • Signature specimen of authorized representative
  • Tax registration form certifying the entity’s tax number


4. Condominiums:

  • Deed of Foundation
  • Minutes of the meeting where the authorized representative was appointed
  • Tax registration form if the condominium has a tax number (optional)


5. Law firm:

  • Deed of Foundation
  • Certificate of registration issued by the registering chamber
  • Lawyer’s card with photo
  • Tax registration form


6. Individual lawyer:

  • Certificate of registration issued by the registering chamber
  •  Lawyer’s card with photo
  • Tax registration form
